What is the best way to get in contact with FilmFish?

Do I need to upload a fish to be in the draw to win the boat, motor and trailer package each month?

No, You do not need to upload a catch/fish to the app. Just by being s subscriber you are in the draw to win. 

How do I update my Name, Phone Number or Email?

Simply login to the Subscription back office by clicking the Subscriber login button located at the bottom of our website. 

Can I change my Upgrade or Downgrade my subscription?

Yes you can upgrade to a multiple membership or downgrade. Simply login to your account and edit your subscription. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by logging into Subscriber - Account. To access Click Subscriber login button found on the bottom of our website.
